About Racine Firefighter's Charitable Foundation
L321 Racine Firefighter's Charitable Foundation, D.B.A. Racine United Fire Fighters (R.U.F.F.), is a member ran and operated public charity. R.U.F.F. was established in 2025 and is the charitable arm of the L321 Racine Professional Firefighters. We were established to be able to provide support for our firefighters, surrounding communities first responders, and the citizens of Racine. The charitable funds are largely derived from L321 member contributions but also with the help of fund raisers and events.
Our work is made possible through the generosity of those who contribute their time, dedication, and financial support. As a volunteer-run organization largely funded by our own membership, we are deeply grateful for every donation that helps us continue serving our firefighters and our community.
Mission Statement
The mission of L321 Racine Firefighters Charitable Foundation is to provide support and resources to L321 firefighters, their families, to first responders and their families in surrounding communities, and to the residents of the City of Racine. We are steadfast in our commitment to helping those struggling with hardships, especially during critical times, offering support and assistance to those that need it most.
